The word “neophyte” comes from the Greek word “νεόφυτος” (neóphytos), which is composed of two parts:
“νέος” (néos) – meaning “new”
“φυτόν” (phytón) – meaning “plant” or “growth”
So, “νεόφυτος” (neóphytos) literally means “newly planted” or “new growth”, and our focus is on deploying capital for our investors in new high growth opportunities.

We are a long term buy and hold investor targeting asset backed businesses from €100m – €1bn EV with strong operating margins and cash conversion in sectors with infrastructure characteristics such as healthcare, living, education, hotels and transport.
